- Corrections. Tell us the page and the figure you think is wrong, and we’ll check it.
- Cost data. Quotes, invoices or published fee schedules help us keep our guides accurate. We never publish personal details.
- Questions about an article. We can’t advise on your own tenancy or tax return, but we can explain anything we’ve published.
- Press and data requests. We’re happy to share our research with journalists and researchers.
What we can’t help with. We cannot give legal, tax or financial advice, or advise on a specific tenancy dispute. For that, speak to a solicitor, an accountant or your local council’s private housing team.
